this 39 yo woman from south jersey came to our center for aesthetic medicine because she was repeatedly asked by her acquaintances why she was mad.
The pout at the outer corners of her mouth made her look angry or upset all the time
The simplest and most non invasive choice for her was 14 units of botox cosmetic to the lower lip depressors
She loved the subtle but desired response to the botox, and had no bruising from the procedure, and almost no pain, since a stong topical anesthetic cream was applied to the sites of injection for 30 minutes before the treatment, and she found it very nice because she had an aversion to needles.
This result lasted for just over 3 months.
