Brow Lift & Fat Transfer & TCA Peel of eyelids
This 40 yo woman from south jersey felt like she looked tired and a bit angry all the time. She was getting tired of her friends commenting on her appearance that way.
After reviewing her photos from her late teens and early 20s, we both realized that her eyebrows had dropped dramatically since then, and that she preferred her appearance with her eyebrows elevated, and when that was done, she no longer felt like she needed her upper eyelid surgery. It was the sagging eyebrows and sunken in appearance under her eyes, and the wrinkled eyelid skin that contributed to this older look.
After reviewing many options together during the consult, she chose a mini (scalp) incision browlift, facial fat transfer to her lower lids and around her mouth, and a TCA (trichloroacetic acid) chemical peel to her lower lids to improve her eyelid wrinkling.
She was back to work in 10 days with no makeup, as the chemical peels heal much quicker than laser resurfacing does. She loved that she looked like herself again.
